Cookie Policy
Last updated:
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are necessary for the site to work, and others help us understand how it's used. This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the Trazday website uses, what they're for and how you can manage them.
1. Types of cookies we use
Functional cookies (always active)
These are necessary to provide features you choose to use. They don't require your consent and aren't used to measure you or for advertising.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
These let us know how many people visit the site, which pages they view and how they arrived, so we can improve its content and performance. The information is analyzed in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.
We do not use advertising cookies
We don't show ads, don't track you for advertising purposes and don't sell your information.
2. Cookies on this website
| Cookie | Type | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| tz_lang | Functional | Trazday (first-party) | Stores the language (ES/EN) you pick manually so we never redirect you to another language. Only set when you use the language selector. | 1 year |
| _ga | Analytics | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes visitors anonymously to generate usage statistics. | 1 year |
| _ga_<container-id> | Analytics | Google Analytics 4 | Maintains session state for usage statistics. | 1 year |
We may add other measurement tools in the future. When we do, we will update this table before enabling them, and they will only load if you accept analytics cookies.
3. Your consent
The first time you visit the site, we show you a notice to accept or decline analytics cookies. Until you accept them, they are not activated. You can change your decision at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page. Declining analytics does not affect how the site works.
4. Managing them from your browser
You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If you delete the language cookie, the site will choose the language automatically again. If you block all cookies, some features may not be available.
5. The Trazday application
The application, which you reach through “Log in” or “Start free”, is a separate product from this website with its own configuration. Its current version, reviewed on 09/29/2026, uses the following tools, which may use cookies or local storage:
- Operation and security: Google Identity Services (Sign in with Google), reCAPTCHA (protection against automated access), Stripe (payment processing) and the browser's local storage, for example during checkout.
- Analytics and product improvement: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (measurement), Hotjar (usage analysis) and HubSpot (analytics, forms and support chat).
None of these tools is used for advertising purposes.
6. Changes
We will update this policy when the cookies or tools we use change, and we will indicate the date of the latest update.
7. Contact
